thanks. I like having options available to me.
This has a higher level of insulation from the look of it and may suit our vehicles without a second battery when transporting items requiring coldchain

Another option for transporting vaccines may be the vaccine cold boxes sold by SKOEP. You can view a 25 litre version at: http://www.skoep.com.au/dextra-coldtech-de-25lm.html

It uses eutectic plates and a fan powered by a rechargeable battery. Without external power it can maintain the set temperature +/- 1 degrees Celsius for up to 48 hours.
